Shanghai Automation Instrumentation Co., Ltd. and Japan's Chino renewed their joint venture agreement

Recently, Shanghai Automation Instrumentation Co., Ltd. and Chino Corporation of Japan held a ceremony to renew their joint venture contract and articles of association. Xu Daqing, General Manager of Shanghai Automation Instrumentation Co., Ltd., and Mikio Toyoda, President of Chino Corporation, signed the joint venture contract and articles of association for Shanghai Dahua-Chino Instrumentation Co., Ltd. and Chino Measurement & Control Equipment (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. via video link, respectively, marking the beginning of a new ten-year cooperative partnership.

In the 1980s, Dahua Instrumentation Factory, a subsidiary of Shanghai Automation Instrumentation Co., Ltd., began technical exchange and cooperation with Chino Corporation. The two parties extended and expanded their cooperation, investing in the establishment of Shanghai Dahua-Chino Instrumentation Co., Ltd. in June 1993; and in April 2003, investing in the establishment of Chino Measurement & Control Equipment (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. Over the past thirty years of joint venture cooperation, Shanghai Automation Instrumentation Co., Ltd. and Chino Corporation have consistently adhered to the principles of equality, mutual benefit, and friendly consultation, maintaining a good relationship in the operation of the joint ventures. They have worked together to expand their market share in China, promoting the Chino brand in the Chinese market, establishing a stable customer base, and achieving complementary advantages, win-win cooperation, and long-term development.

At the signing ceremony, the general managers of the two joint ventures reviewed their respective companies' growth history. Mr. Xu Daqing and Mr. Mikio Toyoda affirmed the achievements of the joint ventures and expressed their expectations and best wishes for their future development. This renewal marks another step forward in the cooperation between the two parties. Combining the successful operational experience of Shanghai Automation Instrumentation Co., Ltd. and Chino Corporation of Japan, as well as the abundant resources of the Chinese market, both parties will work together to continue to promote the rapid development of the two joint ventures.

Appendix: Chino Corporation of Japan is a professional manufacturer of high-quality temperature control instruments and systems, established in August 1936. The cooperation between Shanghai Automation Instrumentation Co., Ltd. and Chino Corporation of Japan has a long history. Between 1980 and 1990, seven series of display recorders were imported from Chino Corporation of Japan; in June 1993, Shanghai Dahua-Chino Instrument Co., Ltd. was jointly established to operate measurement and control instruments and complete instrument systems; in April 2003, Chino Measurement and Control Equipment (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. was established to engage in the business of metering systems, measurement and control instruments, as well as structural components, circuit boards, measurement and control instruments and sensors, and after-sales service of measurement and control instruments and sensors.
