Since 1921, tecsis or OSA Apparate GmbH (the company's original name) has developed into a leading manufacturer in the field of measurement technology. By 1997, it had established a global market access and service system under the VDO brand. Since 2001, the Offenbach branch has been operating under the name tecsis.
